The traditional format with Dr. Stefan Scholz, Catholic Academy Rabanus Maurus, Frankfurt
Dates: Thu, Oct. 29, at 5 and 6 pm
Location: Museum Sinclair-Haus, Bad Homburg v.d.H.
The term “nature” is derived from the Latin nasci, being born. To this day, humanism is considered the birth of the humanities. The position of post-humanism suspects that this very focus on humankind is one of the main reasons so many of us today have forgotten nature. Transhumanism considers human beings a symbiosis of nature, culture and technology. The irritation about what is nature reflects a certain self-induced human madness. A philosophical treasure hunt with Dr. Stefan Scholz.
